Started in 1991 by John and Anne, after a trip to Bali; this lovely Kent based company has an emphasis on creating ethically sourced and environmentally conscious gifts. The pair returned to Indonesia after meeting a talented woodcarver their during their trip, and the company still work in that area to provide excellent carved items and handcrafted wooden and porcelain products.
The Yorkshire Candle Co.
Founded in 2014, this Sheffield based company has quickly become a Mirfield Emporium staple. Their beautiful vegan products include candles, wax melts and room mists; and are both environmentally responsible and cruelty free, and with a range of fragrances from 'Yorkshire Dales' to 'Plum and Rhubarb' to 'Baby Powder', there's a candle for every preference.
